Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) has been shipped - please allow a couple days for processing once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal/delivery service.

Please note we have multiple suppliers - if you place an order with more than 1 item there is a possibility that you may have purchased from different suppliers and your order maybe shipped from different warehouses, you may receive multiple tracking info and receive orders separately, we do our best to ensure all your purchases arrive in a reasonable time frame.

In some cases, back orders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is to always ship it out as soon as possible. You can expect to receive a notification and tracking info once the back order has been shipped.
